One of the most common skin issues for men is pseudofolliculitis, also known as ingrown hairs. This is a huge

problem for men generally resulting from shaving, but is easily controlled with proper skin care and proper shaving.

• Wet Shave. Hot water from shower or sink prior to shave softens skin, expands pores and sets the stage for a more comfortable shave.

• Use a badger hair brush to smooth on a glycerin-based shaving gel.

• Use a DE razor. Get rid of disposable razors and invest in a good reusable razor.

• Apply ReZone after shaving to prevent irritations, ingrown hairs, and raised bumps.

Regardless if you follow the  "old fashioned" method of shaving or not, if you are prone to ingrown hairs or other irritations, inlcude ReZone daily as part of the final step for shaving.

Skin is a hormone-sensitive organ. 

Men's skin is constantly affected by testosterone

The androgens in particular, testosterone, attaches to the receptors in the epidermis and dermis.

In the epidermis, (the upper layer of the skin) testosterone increases the number of granular cells.

In the dermis (the lowest layer of the skin) testosterone increases the amount of collgen produced and stimulates blood flow.

With oil glands, testosterone stimulates the production of sebum. In the hair folicle, testosterone toughens the hair becoming more prone to acne and blemishes.

The early signs are thinner skin and loss of  moisture.
